365 Photos a Year: Day 128: Random Shots at Lindale Mill

These are some random shots from Lindale Mill. There was so much cool stuff to take photos of, y'all. I could probably go back ten times and find something new.

They had a lot of cool staircases.
 STOP! In the name of
Not sure what they hung here but I liked it.
 Colorful windows.
 Old chair left to rot.
Lights out.

365 Photos a Year: Day 127: Lindale Mill

We visited Lindale Mill with my photography group today. It was our first visit and I absolutely loved it! There is so much to see, y'all. It's all broken windows and grungy walls, with machinery left behind and the buildings are wonderful. I decided to start off by posting some of the boiler section with the smoke stacks because that's what most things online associate with the mill.

I couldn't decide which version of this shot I liked best so sharing both of them.

I liked the star effect of the sun.
From the window of the other building.
My favorite section from this side. I love all the greenery.

365 Photos a Year: Day 126: Photo Session with My Brother

A few more photos from the little session I had with my family yesterday. These are my brother playing around.

I wanted to practice in different lights. These didn't turn out quite as well as I hoped.

 His old man

I like them better in black and white with the rock and it being dark.

Color versions didn't turn out too bad.

Not sure what he was telling me.

He said this was his Superman pose.

I like this one in black and white better too.

365 Photos a Year: Day 125: My Son, Mom and Brother

Ian and I went to visit with my mom and brother today. We had a photo session while we were all together. It was fun, although my son didn't seem to think

My son hates having his photo taken and my mom loves having hers done.

She really had a good time.

I think he was really tired of it by this shot.

I like my brother's new haircut.

I love that I caught him laughing. I hardly ever do.

Even a smile today!

365 Photos a Year: Day 123: Statues at Bonaventure Cemetery

Here are a couple more statues I liked at Bonaventure Cemetery in Savannah, GA.

I really like how this one turned out.

I like her against the trees.
